Part 13 - Build a Teacup - continued.
The other way to enter coordinates is to type them in. Click on the "Geometry..." button. The spline point geometry dialog appears. Any number of X,Y,Z coordinates can be entered - one X, Y, Z point per line. Enter values as shown:

The "Vertex Color(s)" specify the color of the spline. Each line in the list is a Red-Green-Blue triplet specifying the color mix for each vertex. If there are more vertices than colors, then the colors are repeated. Each number can range from 0 to 255. For example, the triplet 255 0 0 is full-intensity red. Leave the colors set to 0 0 0 (black) as shown. Click on "Ok". The spline curve is created and drawn in the view window. Change the polyline mode from "Spline" to "Circle (Radius)". Click on the "Geometry..." button. A circle polyline geometry dialog appears, similar to the spline dialog. On the first line of the Points list, enter the center of the circle: 3,-1,0. On the second line, enter a radius point for the circle: 3,-0.5,0. Click on "Ok". A small black circle is now drawn. Switch the main mode from "Polyline" to "Select". Click on the edge of the small circle to select it. The circle is now highlighted with red bounding boxes.
